We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item, and we want to make this process as easy as possible. We will refund 100% of your purchase amount should you be dissatisfied with any of our products. 

  • You must notify us within 14 days of the receipt of your item. Simply call (714) 983-1173  or email us with your intent to return the item(s).
  • You will be given complete item return instructions and issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returned items must have an RAN.
  • We will ask that you return the item(s) in the original packaging, in sellable condition.
  • When the item(s) have been returned, they will be inspected. Items received in original packaging, in sellable condition will be refunded 100% of the original purchase price less return shipping costs. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If item(s) are not received in original packaging, in sellable condition an appropriate restocking or re-boxing fee will be assessed prior to refund.

Please note that the satisfaction guarantee policy does not apply to diesel generators or goods sold as "clearance" and/or "final sale". We will not accept any returned goods, even if faulty, that have been tampered with, modified or replaced or switched with counterfeit and/or different products, in whole or in part.

NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items due to shipping if there is no notation on the freight delivery receipt. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, prior to signing note on the delivery receipt "CARTON DAMAGED" if there are any blemishes, scuffs, crinkles, tears, rips, wetness, etc. The contents can be damaged by mishandling such as drops that may only blemish the carton slightly. Immediately, within 24 hours of delivery, contact us regarding any damage. Please review our Shipping Information for more details.



Freight Truck Carrier Shipments:

Larger, heavier electric fireplace items or packages are shipped via freight carrier. As defined by the trucking industry, Home Delivery means "curbside delivery" in a residential area. You may need assistance to move the package indoors or you might un-box the shipment and carry each piece inside individually. Some drivers will assist in getting a shipment into a garage or carport.

For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 4 and 8 days from when your order leaves the warehouse. When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

NOTE: The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that when you sign for the delivery you are legally accepting the product as delivered in good condition. Therefore, it is extremely important that you inspect the product prior to signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage, please write "CONTENTS DAMAGED" clearly on the delivery receipt that the driver is asking you to sign, then sign. This insures that your damage issue will be easily resolved.

All Damage Reports must be made within 2 days of receipt of package. After 3 days, UPS will not be responsible for any  Damage Reports.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

All our products come with a 30 day return policy. Should you decide to return your purchase please note you will need to contact us within this period via email and obtain a RAN number.  You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
